Susan AK

Susan Agre-Kippenhan is a compassionate creative leader, with over 30 years in academia including 11 years as a Vice President.
 
She has worked with organizations ranging from education to regional/community development, immigrant resettlement, veterans’ organization, and child welfare. She has garnered support and recognition from foundations including the Rockefeller Foundation, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, and the Corporation for National Service.

She brings her strength in organizational assessment to read the lay of the land and target strategic approaches to align with organizational priorities. Susan’s situational awareness allows her to quickly onboard and contribute as she works alongside leaders, boards, and staff to provide guidance, development, and facilitation.

Susan has taught extensively, presented her work widely, and is a published author.
